Before you start
- A connected client for the correct business with CRM access.
- crm:read for review; crm:write only if you want to save a supported change.
Confirm the business and summarize the work
Start with the business context and available read tools. CRM tools include a summary, high-priority leads and follow-up information. The assistant should distinguish returned records from its own prioritization.
Try this prompt
Confirm my VentES business context. Use the available CRM summary, high-priority leads and follow-up tools to identify what needs attention. Explain which records support your priorities. Do not change records or send messages.
Find the actual contact before preparing a change
Have the agent search contacts by a name, email or phone you supply, then inspect the selected contact. If several people match, choose the correct record rather than allowing a guessed match.
Try this prompt
Find the CRM contact for [name or email]. Show the matches and wait for me to select the right person. Then read that contact before proposing any change.
Prepare a note for review
Once you have selected the contact, ask for a note containing only the facts you provide. Saving a timeline note uses crm.add_contact_note and produces an approval link. The note does not send an email to the contact.
Try this prompt
For the selected CRM contact, propose a timeline note with this text: [my factual note]. Keep the contact ID and wording explicit, return the VentES approval link and wait for my review.
Approve and verify
- Open the approval link and confirm the business, contact ID and note.
- Choose Approve and execute if correct.
- Have the client check the same action’s recorded result.
- Open the CRM contact to inspect the saved note when needed.
