Open Catalyst from your VentES apps
Open Business Catalyst from My Apps so the platform can use your VentES sign-in. Check the selected business before entering information. The programme can support an existing business or a new proposition as well as a startup.
Complete the assessment thoughtfully
The 40-question assessment helps identify strengths, risks and development priorities. Answer for the business as it is today and use the results to guide your work. A score helps direct attention; the useful outcome is the decisions and documents you develop afterwards.
Develop your documents through the ten steps
An external agent can help prepare an artifact draft when you have authorized that capability. You still complete the programme requirements in Catalyst.
- Read the material for the current step and connect it to your own business.
- Prepare the required business document. Use specific customers, assumptions, evidence and figures rather than generic answers.
- Save work as a draft while you refine it. Review any AI feedback against what you know about the business.
- Submit the document and complete the step requirements shown in Catalyst.
- Use document history when revising earlier work so you can understand what changed.
Collect and review your graduation pack
The graduation business pack brings together your business plan PDF/HTML, submitted documents, available assessment and evaluation reports, certificate and valid financial projection CSV. Its contents reflect the work and inputs you completed.
- Check the business name, proposition and contact details before sharing.
- Review financial assumptions and calculations in their business context.
- Choose deliberately which material to share and which to keep private.
Choose the next path
Graduation unlocks WealthBridge access and also opens Your Next 90 Days in Catalyst. Opportunity preparation and publication involve their own owner review. For daily operations, add the VentES apps you need; approved business information can help with supported setup paths, such as a reviewed BUY setup-file import.
