Make the weekly work specific

1. Choose actions that advance a priority, with an owner and date.
2. Return each week to update action status, actual outcomes and what you learned.
3. Use the thirteen weekly plans to adjust the next week based on evidence.
4. Keep your approved business foundation nearby when a new opportunity would pull you away from the original priorities.

Keep a scoreboard you can trust

Choose measures that help you decide what to do, then set a baseline, target and units. Enter actual weekly results manually if that is how your business works. A blank result means it has not been entered; enter zero when the measured result really is zero.

• Use a sum calculation for results you want to accumulate across weeks.
• Use a latest-value calculation for a measure where the current position matters.
• Keep the definition consistent so weekly results remain comparable.

Import a result only when you choose to

If you use a supported connected BUY, CRM or Bookings workspace, open Scoreboard → Optional app imports. Select the app, week and measure, review the date range, definition and proposed result, then confirm if it is appropriate. Manual reporting remains available.
