Business Catalyst · Institutional partnerships
Help founders turn ambition into a business they can explain—and act on.
Bring a structured business-development journey into the support you already provide. Catalyst helps participants sharpen their proposition, produce useful planning materials and keep progressing after the programme.
For universities and enterprise centres, accelerators and incubators, economic-development agencies, chambers and business-support organisations.
Build on your existing support
Give advice a practical place to become work
A shared structure
Give participants a clear sequence of questions and work to develop between workshops, mentoring sessions and reviews.
More concrete conversations
Use the materials participants choose to share as a starting point for discussing assumptions, evidence and the next decision.
A path beyond the programme
Help founders carry their planning into weekly action with Your Next 90 Days, with routes into the wider VentES ecosystem.
Participant outcomes
A clearer proposition. Materials they can use.
Participants work through 40 assessment questions and ten guided steps with business-aware AI support. The emphasis is on developing their own business and producing work they can discuss, revise and take forward.
A business plan you can explain
Download a business plan in PDF and HTML, built from your submitted work. Bring your proposition, reasoning and priorities into one coherent document.
Supporting work you can revisit
Keep your submitted step documents together with available assessment and evaluation reports. Review the decisions behind the plan as the business develops.
Financial projections you can work with
Export a financial projection CSV when the required inputs are valid. Use your assumptions as a starting point for a more informed financial conversation.
A graduation business pack
Download your plan, supporting documents, available reports and completion certificate together. Choose what to share and with whom.
Outputs depend on completed participant work. Financial projections reflect participant inputs and assumptions.
A partnership shaped around your programme
Start with a focused cohort pilot
- 01
Agree the fit
Discuss who you support, what stage they are at and the outcomes that would make the pilot useful.
- 02
Define the pilot
Agree participant numbers, timing, onboarding, the role of your advisers and the commercial terms before anyone starts.
- 03
Review the evidence
Evaluate the usefulness of completed work, participant engagement and your team’s experience before deciding how to continue.
Pilot scope and institutional pricing are agreed through a conversation. We can explore a workshop companion, an accelerator preparation pathway or a follow-through programme for founders you already support.
A continuing business journey
From founder development to the next opportunity
Keep the momentum
Graduates can use Your Next 90 Days to set priorities, plan weekly work and record results. The plan remains useful whether they use VentES operational apps or other tools.
Open the right conversation
Suitable businesses and propositions can prepare an owner-reviewed opportunity for WealthBridge. Verified alumni can explore the LaunchU community pathway. The opportunity may concern investment, a buyer, development or strategic collaboration.
Publication is a separate review process. Participation does not promise funding or introductions.
Questions institutions often ask
Does Catalyst replace our advisers or teaching?
The proposed partnership places structured participant work alongside the support you already provide. Your team can use the documents founders choose to share to focus its own conversations and feedback.
Can our team see every participant’s work?
Access and sharing arrangements should be agreed when defining the pilot. Participants control the materials they share; enrolling a cohort does not automatically make private work visible to every adviser or institution.
Do you offer institutional pricing?
We discuss the number of participants, timing and support required before agreeing pilot terms. This page is an invitation to explore that arrangement, rather than a fixed institutional package.
Can this support established or local businesses?
Yes. The proposition can concern a new venture, an existing business or a defined business opportunity. The pilot should be designed around the participants you serve and the work they need to develop.
What would we evaluate in a pilot?
Agree the measures together before starting. Useful measures include participant progress, the completeness and usefulness of planning materials, adviser feedback and continued action after the programme.
